Solitude - Reborn Nzami

"The Nzami were once a people who dominated half the known world; their grand and proud Ashmondar of the First Empire rivalling that of Radiant Xaraxas. However, the Divines War saw their empire crushed, and the Ruination finished off the rest of the people.

The Nzami began as simple, wildling tribes in the faraway lands of Ashmondar on the Southern Continent, but would eventually spread across the Sea of Masks into the Central Continent's eastern realms, as their Imperium laid claim to many lands along the way, as far as to very distant Azdarium. Even today, the remains of their imperial colonies still stand, and, after the Rebirth of Mankind, Nzami descendants still inhabit these lands, although their once grand empire has long since shrunk and lost its power, along with the Ruination's consumption of the Southern Continent.

While generally an extremely spread-out people due to an age-long tradition of sending out Faraway Expeditions, the most concentrated populations of Nzami are found mainly in lands such as Nazongali, the Living Wilds, Aszhogai, the Hunter Colonies, the Raining Lands, and Quraad. More sparse tribes are sometimes found wandering the Dragon Ash, the Riven Lands, the White Ashes, and the Branded Lands. What remains of the Old Empire is now known as the Obsidian Kingdom; the last true kingdom of the Nzami."
