"The majority of Gloria were the Custodians of the Heavens. They were charged by their Patron Deities in defending the White Heavens, its boundaries, its souls, and its temples.

After the Heavens broke, some Gloria remained to continue their duty in their shattered temples, and others fell to the Reborn World where many of their kind still blindly continue to serve the Old Gods; often in hidden shrines and temples, as members of Old-God-Worshiping cults.

It is said that a Gloria’s sense of Divine Duty overrides all else, even if the Old Gods have long been dead. As such, many are still enthralled to their old deities. Independent, free Gloria might be rarer than other Seraphs, but it is not impossible to find one."
