"The Vizier Hivehunter is among the most dangerous hunters in a Hivebeast colony. Capable of intelligent learning, Viziers have been observed laying traps, cooperating with separate Hivebeast species, and using camouflage to set ambushes. Additionally, the creature uses its three wings (incapable of lifting the mass of the Vizier) to either appear bigger, or to confuse and hypnotize prey with the wings' pattern. As the Vizier is part arachnid, it is capable of spinning webs and cocoons, for which it entraps prey, first by paralyzing, then by maintaining that paralyzis for as long as possible, while keeping the cocooned victim alive for sometimes several weeks; slowly draining them of blood and flesh."
