For every Grand Empire, there is a heart.

For the Caden Empire, it is the Imperial Heartlands; an expansive region of formerly independent kingdoms, provinces, and cultures, now unified under the Blue Banner of the Blue Crown of Cadenia, and the wisdom and guidance of the Preeminent Parliament. For the majority of its recent history, the Heartlands have remained as one without any major civil turmoil; together against the world.

That is, until the Resurgence of Magic ocurred, and all its cursed gifts came to infect the Heartlands.

Now there are nightmarish Devils who walk beside us, lands forever cast under darkness, murderous Princesses drunk on light's Lustre, and the low yet loud whispers of an ancient being, shrouded in void and madness, which corrupt the minds of the frail and strong alike.

But still, Caden has endured these new realities. New technologies and discoveries found through perserverance and talent, has led the Empire into an era of electrical industry, supernatural revelations, and also led the world to the discovery and colonization of the greater Pandoran Continent.

For the past two centuries, Caden has endured and evolved; growing large and industrious. And it will continue to do so, until the very end."

Remake of an old map, intended to do this ages ago but never found the time. Mainly just an update of the older map, but as an added bonus I've made this version larger and more detailed.
